Tuition Rates
The Bishop Grimes Board of Trustees voted on the tuition rates for the 2024-25 school year. The rates for the school year are as follows:

Total Cost to Educate One (1) Student - $14,550
Subsidy for every affiliated student - Gr. 7/8: $5,520 & Gr. 9-12: $3,890
Total Tuition Cost for One (1) Student - Gr. 7/8: $9,030 & Gr. 9-12: $10,660
*No additional school supply or athletic/activities fees.
Parishioner Rates: The parishioner rate applies to families registered as members of a Roman Catholic parish. All affiliations are verified with the Pastor of the Church designated on the enrollment or reapplication form.

FACTS Financial Assistance
We would once again like to remind our families of the importance of completing your family's FACTS Financial Assistance application as soon as possible for the 2025-26 school year. The submission of the FACTS application is critical for our school. On average, it takes just about $14,500 per pupil to educate a student at Bishop Grimes. For most families, this would present a very real and understandable hardship if this were the actual cost charged for our tuition. Fortunately, for most, this is not the tuition amount that families have to pay per student. Consequently, we rely on the generosity of benefactors, Bishop Grimes alumni, and the financial assistance that we receive through the Catholic Schools Office, which we refer to as TAP A money. This money is funded in large part by the annual Hope Appeal. In order to receive Tap A monies, which is awarded through the Catholic Schools Office, families seeking financial assistance must submit their FACTS applications on time by February 1, 2025. This ultimately helps our families who are awarded TAP A money as well as the school as it is money that we as a school do not have to fund.
Please remember that if your family will be seeking any level of financial assistance, you must fill out and submit a FACTS application. Financial assistance is a separate application process that must be completed annually apart from the actual re-application. In order to be eligible for any form of financial aid from the Diocese of Syracuse and/or Bishop Grimes Jr./Sr. High School, parents/guardians must complete the online FACTS application. Please note that you are able to use your 2023 or 2024 tax return to submit the application. Click here to be brought to the Bishop Grimes online FACTS application page. Bishop Grimes Jr./Sr. High School's FACTS Institution ID# is 7845, which you will need to complete your FACTS application.
Once again, to be very clear, your family will not receive any form of Financial assistance for the 2025-26 school year unless a FACTS application has been submitted.
2 (a). FACTS FINANCIAL AID Account. All families that completed their financial aid application for the 2025-26 school year will use the SAME login/account information to sign in to their FACTS Tuition Plan Account. If you did NOT apply for financial aid, you will need to create an account through FACTS Tuition Plan.
YEAZEL CATHOLIC EDUCATION ENDOWMENT FUND
The Yeazel Catholic Education Endowment Fund was created at the Central New York Community Foundation as a vehicle to honor Monsignor Yeazel and support his commitment to Catholic education. An annual disbursement from this perpetual endowment will be used to support Catholic education in the high schools and elementary schools in the Western Region of the Syracuse Diocese.
The application portal for the 25/26 Yeazel Catholic Education Fund is not yet open. Families must first file a financial aid application via FACTS Management at https://online.factsmgt.com. Applications are accepted between January 1 and February 15 each year. The completed application with FACTS must be received by 2/01/2024.
FACTS TUITION PLAN
ALL Bishop Grimes families must have a FACTS Tuition Plan Account through FACTS created for the purpose of paying tuition, whether you applied for tuition assistance.
To set up your 2025-26 FACTS Tuition Account :
Families can start signing up by clicking here.
- Click the line above & Go to FACTS- Click Sign in or Create a username & password if you don’t have a FACTS user account.
- Once logged into FACTS, click Set up a Payment Plan.
- Contact Information: Review information, (make edits if needed) and click Next.
- Students: Click Add Student> enter student information and click Save. Click the “Add student” button again to add additional student(s). Once all students are added click Next.
- Plan Options: Select a payment plan and click Next.
- Payment Details: Select “Add Bank Account” or “Add Credit Card” click Next. Enter your financial account information.
- Payment Schedule: Select your payment date and review your schedule then click Next.
- Review & Authorize: You can select the “Change” link to the right to go back and edit the entries. Check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Authorize.
- Thank You: Click Print to have a copy of your Agreement information or click Done to go to your FACTS dashboard.
